I'm Ke Jie, founder and CEO of Qiheng Technology in Hangzhou. A CS graduate of Harbin Institute of Technology and a former DingTalk architect, I spent 18 years in the trenches — first at the startup Kuxun, then at Alibaba — building low-level networking frameworks across HarmonyOS, Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, Linux, RTOS and the Web, and forming first-hand judgment about the boundary of device × cloud × protocol.
In early 2023 I moved to the front line of AI-agent R&D. In 2025 I co-authored CAICT's Q/KXY S009 standard, "Multi-Agent as a Service (MAaaS) Capability Requirements." In December 2025 I founded Qiheng Technology, where I now lead the development of Agent OS — an LLM-cored system that unifies the scheduling of compute and agent capabilities across public, private and ephemeral environments, so AI endpoints are no longer confined to a device but extend into a network of agents that can be scheduled, audited and composed.
